01What it does

Subscribers answered, one to one

Create a Viber bot for your business and a subscriber's message reaches your mate; it answers in the chat and a teammate can take over from the Inbox.

02How to switch it on

  1. Create a bot in the Viber admin panel and copy its authentication token.

  2. Give the platform the token; the webhook is set for you.

  3. Subscribe to the bot from a phone and send a message to see the reply.

03What it needs

A Viber bot authentication token.
